Hi, Whenever I search something on google and then click into a website, something weird happens: In my search history, not only is there the actual website I visit, but also an additional google url (very long with no website name) I have no extension installed Has anyone encountered the same issue? Thanks!!

That is a tracking redirect. You can avoid it by installing uBlock Origin.

It is standard Google behavior and not a virus. However many people consider it unwanted and are concerned by it enough to block it.
