I can't log in office and chatGPT

Hello,

I reinstall my windows 11 yesterday and since I cannot log in office. I go through the identification process, then once done I am back to the sign in page.

On chatGPT, when I go to login, I got the error message "We ran into an issue while signing you in, please take a break and try again soon."

Both websites were working fine last week. Also on the same computer I can access these websites using chrome. I tried to clear the cache and the cookies, disable extensions (ublock + cuberghotVPN), lowering security options like disable DNS security and disable tracking security, I uninstalled and reinstalled firefox, but I can't fix this issue.

I am a bit out of ideas to try. Anything else I can do to get access back to these websites?

Finally I found the issue. I was able to access my microsoft account, from there tried to access outlook, then I got a more detailed message about my issue: loop redirect. So even if my time on windows was displayed correctly, my timezone was incorrect, as I am traveling into another country right now. That was my issue, now it is working. Sorry for bothering you guys with my issue not related to the software, and thank you for your time for helping me with it.

This does not sound like an issue with Firefox but is something that the Microsoft support team should be able to help you with.

Does it still happen in a new profile? An easy way to test a new profile is to install Developer Edition and see if it happens there or refresh your existing profile.

The thing it is not only Office 365 issue, it is chatGPT as well. It was working previously on firefox, and it is still working on chrome. But it is working under Linux with firefox.

I uninstall firefox and download and installed the developer edition. no extension, default settings, and still have the same issue. It is working under the firefox linux version, so I don't understand what's the issue here on windows as chrome is login fine. Only these 2 websites, office and chatGPT having login issues.
