Could you clarify where the "Unsupported Version" error appears? For example:
- loading a page on your printer
- loading a page on a website
If you can provide other information about how you eprint -- is an add-on involved? -- that also would be helpful.
I was able to eprint until last Sunday. Now when I try, it recognizes the printer, but does not print. When I looked up my printer on the network, it says there is no eprint. Under more details, I got that error message. I use standard HP eprint.

I'm still not completely clear on what HP eprint is. When I look on HP's website, it mentions sending an email to HP that somehow ends up printing on your printer. Is this what you mean:

Or is there another way that you use HP/eprint, such as a "Destination" in the normal print dialog --

What if you try connecting to the printer in Microsoft Edge? I assume Microsoft's browser has the best knowledge of installed Windows devices and I wonder whether it works any better with your HP printer.
I have an I-pad and an I-phone. If I have an email or document or Internet item that I want to print, I do not have to go to my desktop (which is attached to the printer) to print them. I can hit print and it recognizes the desktop printer. Then it is supposed to print, but it no longer does.
The Microsoft Edge on my computer is not compatible.
