Hello, One of my customers reported the following message when attempting to view an email in FF browser:

“Warning: Potential Security Risk Ahead

Firefox detected a potential security threat and did not continue to go.planmember.com. If you visit this site, attackers could try to steal information like your passwords, emails, or credit card details.

What can you do about it?

The issue is most likely with the website, and there is nothing you can do to resolve it. You can notify the website’s administrator about the problem.”

We haven't seen any reports from IE, Chrome or Safari.

Any clues as to why?

https://go.planmember.com/

and then expand the error page by clicking the Advanced button

and then View Certificate, you'll see that the certificate is for

Which raises the question: if this intermediate link tracking server is not set up for HTTPS, why would someone get the error in Firefox but not other browsers? It could be because the HTTPS Only setting is enabled in Firefox, and therefore Firefox tries upgrading an HTTP link to HTTPS, and then encounters the error. But you would need to check the original email message to see whether it was an HTTP link (that Firefox upgraded) or already an HTTPS link when the message was sent.
