How can I import bookmarks
Hello to the support team of Mozilla, I had a computer that cannot be reopened due to a virus and Malware. However, I have a bookmarks setting with Firefox that has not been imported. I did not have an account (or at least that I can remember) with Firefox. I just set up one today. I had written that I had an account under the username jackhsiao, but I was not able to log in.
I would like to know if I can import my bookmarks that were on the browser of my computer that I can no longer access.

This is a end user help forum not a actual support ticket help line. You need to boot your Mac into Safe Mode like Windows to run the O/S and the Browser so you can backup the bookmark. You don't need to login to Firefox account to backup your bookmark. To get the bookmark you need access to the computer itself.

If you only can't reboot that device, but its hard drive is still healthy then you can consider to build the drive in an enclosure to connect and access the drive via USB.
