Do you think this is a problem with the color scheme -- white text on a white background -- or is the page not actually loading? There is an occasional situation where Firefox is mostly dead from the address bar down. You may see an error about a a missing VCRUNTIME140_1.DLL file. This occurs when a program installer or uninstaller messes with certain shared Microsoft files, and it's fatal to Firefox being able to start new content processes (to show web pages).
