My system crashes each time I try to print a photo from a web site. I've filled out to crash report but it is never delivered

Ok first off your O/S listing is that right or wrong?

Firefox desktop Firefox 52.9 Firefox 52.9.0 other Windows NT 4.0

And without a url of the site at issue or what your printing it to doesn't tell anyone how to verify the issue here.
