I had a bad concussion and I can't manage my security. I am trying to switch phones. I can't see and process. I am recovering slowly but I know I'm not protected at all. Any and all help or suggestions are greatly appreciated. I am in Toronto Canada. Help.. I can pay fairly but it is quite difficult for me to use my screen

Hi Tracy, this public global tech support forum isn't the best place to get help for this problem. Can you call your local social services and see what help you can get? I don't have that number, but you can try Health Connect Ontario at 811 as a starting point. Or of course the vendor selling you the phone should be able to help you set it up.
