How can I hold an email conversation with a live human ? Your "system" does not allow me to respond (with thanks) to a human who sends me an email. Do NOT use one-way A.I.s - they kill people. Alan

Mozilla does not have any call centres or such for to do one on one communication by phone, chat or email for a free to download and use application. The best you can do in contacting Mozilla is the options listed on https://www.mozilla.org/contact/
