Before my PC reset (as I felt it got bugged, so I did a hard reset), I killed all the devices before even realizing it and now my sync is not getting the addons extensions and the bookmarks which I saved for 2 whole years. Please help.

Unfortunately when this happens all devices gets disconnected and if the data was on the PC you did the reset there's nothing to be recovered since everything if reset wiped clean and reinstalled on the PC that had the reset there nothing more can be done here. Sync isn't a backup it only sync data to other devices but remain on the main PC they were created on.
