Firefox lost my tabs, history, and bookmarks after updating. Please assist me in recovering. Thank you!

P. S. There is no selection for "Restore Previous Tabs. I added a screenshot to show that. Thank you :-)

I don't know what you can recover as I have never had the problem. This support article may be of some help.
