I am still trying to get Firefox to download and install ESR updates with users that never use Firefox. I have GPOs in place and if I open Firefox it will update obviously. If I open Firefox for 5 seconds and close it I do see that the update downloads and eventually installs. I saw an article that states the "Requirements to Run" and wanted to clarify. See below "Firefox must have a default profile, and it must run using that profile at least once after the feature is enabled." Does this requirement mean that Firefox will never update unless it is opened at least once? Why is this a requirement if so. I have Chrome and Edge updating with ease without ever opening it. If I am missing something please help me. Thank you! I can provide anything else you need for clarification.

Hi Terry...that is one of the issues I am having is that our installs are missing the options that are in that article and no one can seem to tell me how to get them to show up. See attached what our option looks like. Where does the rest of the options for installing when Firefox is not open come from?
