502 BAD GATEWAY - when using Firefox
When I am on USCIS.gov, if I click some links, I get "502 Bad Gateway" error. I then have to switch to use Chrome. I've had issues with Firefox also when trying to get help at quickbooks. I have to switch to Chrome for that as well. It's a nuisance. How do I fix it? I'd rather use Firefox but I have less problems with Chrome. However all my bookmarks and browser bar links are on Firefox which is why I would rather stay with Firefox.

I'm not able to replicate the issue. Can you try Firefox in Safe Mode? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/diagnose-firefox-issues-using-troubleshoot-mode#w_how-to-start-firefox-in-4troubleshoot-modesf5safe-modesf
https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/
When on that page, try clicking the link: Under "Case management tools" One of them states:
Inquire about a case outside normal processing time
That link will not open. Some of the links will open but many will not (Not necessarily all on this page)
Works for me. see screenshot Did you try Firefox in Safe Mode?

You used the one that works. That link always works. Try the one I said and show me a screen shot please.
I clicked random links at that location and now issues. So what exactly is your the issue your having? No screenshot can be provided as clicking on the link goes directly to the link site. So you need to provide the error screenshot from your side as I have no issue clicking the links.

Here ya go...
Well, it won't work for me. Should I clear my cache or change some setting? Under settings it states: "Your stored cookies, site data, and cache are currently using 1.5 GB of disk space."

Yes, clear your cache and also try safe mode. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/diagnose-firefox-issues-using-troubleshoot-mode#w_how-to-start-firefox-in-4troubleshoot-modesf5safe-modesf
What security software are you running?
