Hi,

I had a format on my computer and then I tried to log into Firefox but forgot my password, so I changed it. Now I cannot recover any of my bookmarks. Is there any way to have them back?

Did you possibly reset the password of the Sync account because you forgot the password?

Resetting the password for the Firefox Account will remove all data stored on the Sync server because this password is used to encrypt your data before it is uploaded to the Sync server and only this password can decrypt this data.
