I need support by phone!!!

All your support answers on the web page do not help.

Many of the answers suggest going to options. FIREFOX DOESN'T HAVE AN OPTIONS BUTTON.

I have donated to Mozilla. If you can't help me, I certainly won't be donating ever again.

Also on right of you post, in your Question Details > System Details > > User Agent : Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.0; Win64; x64; rv:99.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/99.0

Are you running Firefox 99.0 in Windows Vista compatibility mode on Windows 7, 8, 8.1, 10, 11 for some reason?. NT 6.0 is Windows Vista. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/make-older-apps-or-programs-compatible-with-windows-10-783d6dd7-b439-bdb0-0490-54eea0f45938

The Firefox web browser has not supported Windows XP and Vista since 52.9.0esr and you could only run 32-bit version of Firefox on WinXP/Vista.

The company Mozilla does not have the resources to have the call centres that would be be needed to do one on one support by phone, chat or email even if only for desktop Firefox, which is free to download and use. What about the other products and should it be just for US/Canada or much of the world. Any software product you managed to get one on one support for was likely a paid for one as you well paid for support. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/avoid-and-report-mozilla-tech-support-scams

Any web browser that does have one on one support tends to be paid for enterprise support.
