I just reloaded os win 11, the initial download of firefox opened quickly before i synced my account. afterwards, it takes 5 sec or more to launch 1st page (google), but quick on added tabs.

I have already cleared the cache and stored info. how to speed up? chrome opens veruy quickly, but no stored data.

Start Firefox using Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
