Hello. Is there a way to tell if someone who knows your gmail address can read your sent email or received email messages? Thankyou.

Ok...Thanks. I,m curious because I got an email with no subject, and an attachment. The only info was it was sent from Kouplend...whatever that is.I did not open the message, just moved it to spam or some other folder. The address had a hotmail address, but I dont think it is a legit one,but thats the point i stopped at.
