Cannot load Mail.ntlworld
Hi as I work a lot away from home I bought a Tanix black box computer. Until the last week I could load my E mails through Virgin media. Now I get this message Bad Request
Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand. Size of a request header field exceeds server limit.
I have the latest Firefox version. If I use my backup laptop i can access Mail.ntlworld with no problems. Why am I now not able to load it via Firefox recently.
Would appreciate your help and hopefulyl solution
Regards Colin A

You appear to have a user agent that is modified by Avast Anti-Track that could be causing problems, so if you do use this software then try to disable it. You will have to contact Avast about this if their software causes problems for you. We can't do much about this apart from identifying Avast Anti-Track as a possible cause.

There is security software like Avast, Kaspersky, BitDefender and ESET that
intercept secure connection certificates and send their own.

Hi Thanks for your reply. By public link - do means you wish to have access to my computer? I do have AVAST with their VPN. Have disabled it and still same reply as in my first request for help. Cheers Colin A
