how do I delete JSON files
I usually have back ups for my FF profiles. Today I found that I have too many back-ups and started deleting the old FF Profiles. Most of it will delete normally. But it will NOT delete the JSON files. Is there a special way to remove these outdated JSON files?

It shouldn't be a problem to remove JSON files in a Firefox profile.
In what folder in a profile folder are those JSON files ?
You can boot the computer in Windows Safe Mode with network support to see if that allows to remove the files.
Thank you Cor-el, Actually my back ups are on a USB drive and I could not delete the JSON files from the USB drive with Windows in Safe mode, or FF in safe mode. It is almost as if you would have to prepare the file before hand before you can actually delete it?
Did you check the owner and the permissions ? You should be able to remove the files as administrator.
