Hi
It may have been the case that the theme artist had removed it from the add-on site - as you have found there are still plenty of others to chose from (or if it helps, I am happy to design one for you, if you can let me know the colour codes you are looking for - drop me a direct message and I am happy to have a look into this for you).

Hi,
We bring a modernized and differentiated look to tabs since Firefox 89 in order to create a signature Firefox look and experience. This major redesign will help us enable more use cases and features in the future.

custom made black theme, compact density - no changes on themes and density made this gap disappear
i have the same problem a white line going across the screen , its badly designed no matter what this says We bring a modernized and differentiated look to tabs since Firefox 89 in order to create a signature Firefox look and experience . what drivel , ff just tinkers here and there and each time makes the look worse and double up things . we had bookmark options every where . we now have a pointless blue star , that i cant get rid of ,to save a book mark when we already have a drop down for that , just above the blue star. the tabs are bigger , theres a stupid white border around the tab we're on , i know what tab i'm on, ... ooh but it looks good for ....a modernized and differentiated look to tabs since Firefox 89 in order to create a signature Firefox look and experience . now its using chrome , why ? i might as well use google its self . still no tabs below , the one thing most of us want , but no , heres constant boring updates that you dont want .
if anyone knows how to get rid of the blue star , let me know as i'd be waitnig until update 10000089 before somone from fire fox gives me an answer
Got the gap solved using themes again - it disappears on default themes, also i tried some random themes from add-ons and they worked nicely
but my theme still seems to not work, i've just visited add-ons portal and this theme was kind of gone, or something like that
