The tab scrollbar has mostly disappeared.
The tab scrollbar has mostly disappeared. The tabs seem to be on the bottom of the browser page. I only see one tab.

I think the blue bar is space your rules created to move the tab bar into?
Could you take a look at this thread on Reddit and see whether those new rules work for you:

I fixed that part of the problem, by restoring an old version of userChrome.css, however now the tab scrollbar is above the address bar, instead of below. Also, there is a blue bar across the top of the browser window.
