When I have made an order via online banking (very much security.) Firefox and easy-id can not work together Can make the order in firefox but sending must be done with microsoft edge! Firefox says they are coming with a new browser June 1. Just want to hear if firefox has fixed this issue. Regard Beowolf2010

If you use extensions ("3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions) that can block content (Adblock Plus, NoScript, DuckDuckGo PE, Disconnect, Ghostery, Privacy Badger, uBlock Origin) always make sure such extensions do not block content.

Firefox shows a purple shield instead of a gray shield at the left end of the location/address bar in case Enhanced Tracking Protection is blocking content. You can click shield icon for more detail and possibly disable the protection. You can check the Web Console for messages about blocked content.

The banks always have to test and approve browsers for use by their systems. Otherwise a browser could be used to steal your money.

So i am almost positive that FF has not been approved by your bank - yet. And its not easy for them as well because FF keeps upgrading its version. There has been like 3 this year so far.

But the above is a simple explanation based on old fashion understandings of technology.

There could be a more reasonable rationale at play, such as the bank is unable to spy on you because FF is preventing them. But who knows for sure?
