Hello @Krissi73,

Please follow the below steps:

1 Click the Firefox button and click "Options" to open the Options dialog box. 2 Click the dialog box's "Privacy and Security" tab. 3 Click the check box labeled "Always use private browsing" to clear it. 4 Click the drop-down box labeled "Firefox will" and click "Remember history" and then click "OK." 5 Click the Firefox button and click "Stop Private Browsing."
