In the menubar, Bookmarks > Show all bookmarks; in the hamburger Library > Bookmarks. Keyboard shortcut ctl+shift+o.
Hmm, I think Firefox only offers "Sort by Name" meaning A-Z. If you need other kinds of sorting, you could look at an add-on for that. For example:

I haven't used those in recent years so I don't have a personal recommendation on what to try.
