hey my cache always says its full even if i just emptied it if i go to settings and look its not even a full to 10% restarting the browser and the PC does nothing and i get annoyed by the warning message by now

Location of the cache/cache2 folder; Windows: *C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\<profile>\ Mac: ~/Library/Caches/Firefox/Profiles/ Linux: ~/.cache/mozilla/firefox/

Close Firefox. Open your file browser to the above, and remove the folder.

deleting the folder does nothing the error message comes about a minute after restarting firefox

It looks that you run out of disk space on the (system) drive where the Firefox profile folder is located and you need to free space on that drive.

How much space is there available on the drive ?

Do you only have one drive (partition) ?

the disk firefox is on and the cache has about 180gb free while the error is shown and no i have 5 drives the one its on is the least filled
