When I start my computer and try to open Firefox, I get the blue page with the message: "Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart. We're just collecting some error info, and then we'll restart for you." This message indicates it's a stop code SDBUS internal error.

This only seems to happen with the Firefox browser, which I have set as the default browser. This does NOT happen when I open Microsoft Edge.

My laptop is an Acer Spin 1. I have not been able to update Windows 10 because the Windows Assistant says I don't have sufficient disk space. I'm currently running Windows version 1703.

I have another old Toshiba Satellite laptop, and I have no problems opening the Firefox browser, although this laptop operates very slowly.

Thank you for your assistance.
