Amazon previews broken since last update

Since the last update, the previews on Amazon product listings don't work. You click and nothing happens. Normally, you can click on the main pic, another window overlays the main window, and then you can scroll through more pictures of the product. Or, you can click on the thumbnails and look at those on the main page.

None of it works now. I thought it must be an extension, even though I hadn't installed anything recently. But I restarted in safe mode, and same problem.

I really rely on these previews when considering a purchase at Amazon. I contacted Amazon support, and like everyone else, they told me to use Chrome.

While I'm at it, I wish companies that have issues on Firefox would STOP telling me to use Chrome. I don't like it and I shouldn't be expected to use it. If I went into the grocery and found the carrots all moldy, then asked the manager if they had fresher carrots because I'm a vegetarian, what would you say when the manager said, "We have plenty of fresh ground lamb, try that."

That's what it feels like. /rant

Any ideas? The preview feature *does* work on other browsers, but I'd rather eat carrots.

Many site issues can be caused by corrupt cookies or cache.

Holy cow, that worked. I only did the cache, and was planning cookies next, but cache worked!

THANK YOU.

I'm not sure why I didn't try that...clearing the cache works for so many things, and I guess I just forgot. Thanks again for your help.
