It looks weird if you only have such InstallTime files for 2019 and not for 2020 as each time you update Firefox a new InstallTime should have been created.
For me most recent is InstallTime20201014125134
Maybe check the read/write permissions and owner of this folder and its files and possibly the profiles as well.
Note that seeing a green block for read-only doesn't mean that the folder is read-only because Windows doesn't check all the files, only a tick in this folder read-only box would matter.
