How to temporarily disable Firefox to download a needed file?
I am trying to download a file needed to update my sync in my car and Firefox prevented this site from opening 4 Pop-up windows. How do I turn off firefox disable firefox so I can download the file I need?
Is there a phone number? This is so frustrating that I cannot reach someone to get my problem resolved quickly.

When you posted your question, your browser identified itself as Microsoft Edge. Can Edge download the file, or can Edge not download it, either?
Also, there is no good reason for a site to open 4 popup windows. Are you sure you are downloading from the official site and not a scammer?
