Ebay page won't load properly

more options

Hi,

I hope someone can help me figure this out. I am not able to see Ebay the way it normally displays. It is only words down the left side of the page and not proper format(pictures/ layout). I have Windows10.. It works fine on the Edge browser but I prefer Mozilla. I don't know how to insert a picture here to show you. Print screen didn't work when I tried to do that. I have cleared the cache and cookies, I have rebooted also with no change. Help!!! Thank you in advance.

ok so I had to turn off the security for the tracking. I had custom settings set up to block tracking. By shutting that off does that mean I have no protection now?

Why did this change? I never had an issue ever before since using Mozilla. Now all of a sudden to get my page to load I have to turn off the blue shield at the top of the page. Why?

Could you check this:

(1) In a new tab, type or paste about:config in the address bar and press Enter/Return. Click the button accepting the risk.

(2) In the search box in the page, type or paste strict_list and pause while the list is filtered

Firefox has a built-in preference named

privacy.annotate_channels.strict_list.enabled

that is normally set to false. Is yours set to true?

Pretty much the only way I could break the eBay page was Strict on the Options page, and strict_list true (see attached screenshot).

But then it stopped being broken after 10 minutes of testing, so I'm not sure what is going on. Maybe it was a glitch in the files that got updated in the profile I was testing in?
