Can't sign in to Hotmail or Outlook ONLY using firefox
Hello. I restarted my laptop today. I tried to sign in to Hotmail/Outlook using Firefox and I can't. Note that ALL the other browsers are able to log in my account. I reinstalled Firefox many times (it is updated). I also refresh Firefox. I also clear cookies and cache. I also used safe mode (still nothing)- safe mode had this problem a couple days ago but both safe mode and not safe mode today. I contacted Microsoft tech support, we did remote help, we did clean boot to prevent any third party services but nothing. I also have that 'strange" in log in (not the one i always had"
Maybe is the new firefox. I have no problem using other sites on firefox though (ex. facebook. instagram)
