How to prevent stop and go in videos? I can not watch videos in Firefox due to constant pausing. Videos pause as often as every 10 seconds. Also on Android cell phone. Also, out of focus. Using Ubuntu 18.04. ISP is Hugesnet. Hugesnet says there is no problem with reception.

Any help appreciated. dlw

The pausing could be because of a slow internet.
Start the clip, but press the pause button. Wait 20-30 seconds, then press Play. Any change?
