It appears that you are using a much older version of Firefox than we currently do not support and are unable to update on your operating system (Windows XP). Worth noting that Windows XP is no longer supported by Microsoft. This is likely to be the root cause of the issue that you are having with that site. You may need to look into updating your copy of Windows, or replacing your operating system with Linux on your device.
