After installing the 74.0 update as I scroll up or down the screen, Blurred text appears to "Magnify" or "Smear" horizontally across the screen. It effects about two - three lines at a time. I have dual monitors and it effects both screens. I tried the temp fix indicated for Firefox version 49 but I can't locate the "layers.allow-d3d9-fallback" in the config files. Maybe because I'm running Windows 7-Pro? Are any fixes available yet for Update 74 for this issue? My Firefox page shows me using version 73.0.1 but my update history says 74.0 was installed on March 14, 2020 Successfully Installed AND version 74.0 installed on March 24, 2020 but this version is "Install Pending".
