The context menu opens with the mouse directly over and clicking the back button.
I am on Debian running Firefox 68.2.0esr. When the window is not in a maximized state, and I right click on a webpage, the context menu opens with the mouse directly over the back button. So I constantly end up clicking the back button when I don't want to.

Thank you troll... anyways it works fine when the window is maximized. The mouse starts at the top left edge of the context menu. But when the window is not maximized the mouse starts inside the context menu.

Right-clicking to open the context menu and activating the first item in the drop-down menu are two different click.
How are you activating the Back button after you have open the context menu to make this happen ?
What would you want to happen if you right-click ?
So I would right click, and then on the release of the right click the back button will activate.
I also have another piece of information that might be useful. This only happens when I drag Firefox to the side of the screen and it fills half the screen, then the issue will persist untill I maximize Firefox. After I maximize I'm able to resize without any issue until I use the sticky edge to fill half the screen again.
