password list problem
before version 70 when I had to look for passwords they were all in one location, show name of person,company etc, and i was able to select show all passwords . now it is one long column. the column is named Firefox lock wise. it is now harder to find passwords, the font is tiny and hard to read for a 73 year old man. how can I get return to the previous password set up, this basically sucks and makes Chrome look good. any help would be very much appreciated:)

Firefox Lockwise is the replacement for the original builtin password manager that Firefox had. It's intended to provide a nicer menu and better functionality.
Currently, you can get back to the previous password manager by doing the following:
- Enter
about:configin the Firefox address bar. - Bypass the warning (we'll be careful).
- Find
signon.management.overrideURI - Erase the value that's in there (you edit by clicking the pencil).
Once you do that, you should get the previous login manager. However, I assume that Firefox Lockwise will eventually fully replace the previous menu at some point, so this method to get the older login manager may not work in the future.

I too think the older manager was easier and better looking piece of software. The new lockwise looks like something you would see in microsoft edge,, its not as compact,, it uses a dropdown list that looks less intuitive,, anytime anyone tries to fix something not broken its never better,,this is justa bulkier less efficient manager wich doesnt show nearly as much info as your older version .there were some improvements made on the older manager.The password manager has probably quietly been the best feature of most FF users over the long haul, the only thing it needed was a bigger box. Time the lockwise manager against the original version,,no way a dropdown list compares to several lines instantly available in the pre 70 manager.maybe its time to try other options.
