I work in a place that provides laptops for use while on the clock. We grab the laptop daily, and we may not get the same one any two days. They aren't assigned to people on an ongoing basis. Each time I sign in it puts a new device in my "devices" but that means eventually I will have up to 20 devices. Is this okay? If not, how do I keep each of them from showing up? Do I remove the devices daily? Will that have any effect on using the same laptop later?

Hi amduke1, I suggest you disconnect Firefox from your Firefox Account before turning in the laptop. Otherwise, there is some risk that the activities of others could affect the data in your account. If you forget, then, as it sounds like you already know, you can disconnect the other Firefoxes using the control panel on the web:

The effect on your next use would be: you either need to re-setup Sync on that laptop, or you need to log in instead of being automatically logged in.

Unless I leave the whole computer and don't sign out, no one can access my info. When I open the computer I have to sign in as me or as a lab user. I don't use lab user. I just worry that I will have too many devices.

I have to sign in and out of a computer. We each have our own login. I can't really download anything because I don't have an administrator account. Thank you all for your help.
