I agree that the path to the support forum page is convoluted. I get around that by saving a bookmark that takes me to the top of the Firefox support forum page - https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/firefox?show=all - that shows the top of the latest postings.

BTW, do not tell us not to answer any posting or thread in this forum! You ain't the boss of me.

Thanks ed, that link is what I wanted to see. That link should be at the very top of the chain so that someone clicking Help>FireFox Help while in the browser can get here directly.
