I tried entering a code into the verification box, but got locked out for security purposes saying verification code I inserted was incorrect...but I know it wasn't. I tried several times with same result. I am trying to download Firefox on a new computer and want all my previous settings intact. Also, in the verification code, how can you tell if Firefox wants you to insert a "zero" or an "O" as they are identical. I'm grateful for any help I can get. Thank you.
