You can right-click and select "Inspect Element" to open the builtin Inspector with this element selected.

You can check in the Rules tab in the right panel in the Inspector what font-family is used for selected text. You can check in the Font tab in the right panel in the Inspector what font is actually used because Firefox might be using a different font than specified by the website.

THANK YOU! I was able to make the changes, it was using Helvetica Neue but at a weight that was unsupported and when it got bigger it started switching to 'outline'.... Appreciate the support!

Oops - how do I make sure the changes to font stay when I leave the page and return? (when I came back, it went back to the outlines again)

Best would be to remove/uninstall this Helvetica Neue font to prevent Firefox from using it. This isn't the first time we get reports about Helvetica fonts on the Windows platform. Helvetica is a default font on Mac, but the fonts for window aren't working properly and can cause all kinds of issues. The font that you have seems to have problems with scaling or it might be a font that only supports a few font-sizes.
