If there is still a problem, Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Did this help?

Cpu and Ram seem normal as it is working normally without lagging as a clean install(I tested all steps at the begin and to be specific before we had more detailed task manager tabs but now it shows energy impact which said the tab is medium, checked with procmon, . . .), no Hard Disk block or anything but it seems like a Garbage Collecting lag when too fast scroll more lag you face. and tested on other machines some more powered rigs had the issue but some didn't.

Hi pineapplethief,

The reason we are requesting you turn off Hardware Acceleration is that we are trying to diagnose whether the issue is caused by HA or not. Can you please turn it off and see if the problem continues. If it does not we can look into troubleshooting specific problems with HA.

Thank you.
