How do I set a certificate exception for my company's entire domain?

I am at work. Earlier today one of the company servers threw a certificate exception. I added an exception for that server and completed that task.

Now that things have slowed down a bit, it occurs to me that I should really add an exception for our entire network. Since we have hundreds of servers I cannot add them all individually. They are all inside out network, so while this is a big exception, my machine is probably already infected by any malware any of them has. I tried using wildcards in the server name, but they were all rejected.

How do I go about setting exceptions for all our internal servers?
