Firefox no longer recognizes my “primary account.” Unable to login.

I am unable to login to firefox to sych my ipad 3 mini (IOS 12.0) after deleting my private data, and either with/without a vpn. Firefox login popup frame says I must use my “primary account,” and I am using my “primary account.” I tried resetting my pwd & Firefox popup asked for an authentication code... I provided the code, it failed and Firefox then repeated complaint to use my primary account.

Perhaps my account is locked, or otherwise in a state of snafu. Firefox support is bizzar in avoiding contact with humans.

Any ideas would be appreciated - including some means to contact a firefox to interact with that’s human.

Currently, we think only humans are responding to support forum posts. Beep boop.

Do you recall setting up a secondary email address on your Firefox Account? Try that one in case primary and secondary got switched somehow. (It's an involved process, so I wouldn't expect it to happen by accident, but you never know.)

I did set a secondary and they were opposite of what I expected, but I did initially tried both and neither worked. I most likely had the passwords switched up too. What a fine mess of time this wasted.

However, I was able to re-access my account and set the primary account to what I expected it to be. I have re-established synch with all my devices macOS and IOS.
