PC Magazine says surveygizmo is a good tool for conducting surveys, so it's possible that Mozilla uses them.

It would be nice if someone from Mozilla could confirm this.

Mozilla has done surveys over the years by way of say http://qsurvey.mozilla.com which is surveygizmo.com
