Hello Cor-El. I tried all proxy settings. I used: TDSSkiller Malwarebytes. AdwCleaner Microsoft Safety scanner Windows defender Kaspersky Free Security scan They found couple shady things but it was just keygens. Problem resolved a bit. Now sometimes i can access google, But its slow and not consistent. Thanks for the help again

Thanks for the help again </blockquote> This part concerns me it sounds like those keygens probably installed malware that is hidden and might need a computer shop to dig deeper to find what is the cause. If your Google isn't loading there is a deeper problem going on here.
