Firefox Screenshots are completely blank

The tool does work, but when I take the screenshot and download it/save it and open it, it is completely blank. I don't know why this happens but it is frustrating since it's a really useful tool. Would appreciate some help, thanks.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

It did work for this site. Could it be something related with this (see image)? I disabled this in many site because of the privacy warning, but once I enabled it for a new site the screenshots were not blank anymore. If so, how do I reset my settings for all the other sites?

Yes, I think the way the screenshot script works is to use a canvas.

I don't know why you are getting that permission prompt. Did you switch the "resistFingerprinting" setting to true?

If you check the Options page, Privacy & Security panel, can you find anything related to canvas? (Many other permissions have a dialog where you can view your individual site decisions, but I don't know about this one.)
