Why does FF 59 display only part of the screen?

Currently using FF 59.0b9 Android on Samsung Galaxy Note 8. When display is in HD+ mode (1480x720) all elements display correctly in both landscape and portrait modes. When display resolution is set higher -- FHD+ (2220x1080) or WQHD+ (2960x1440) -- display clips in landscape mode and only shows upper right quadrant of web page.

Wondering if this is common or if a fix is available.
