I have a problem of, when I first go to Youtube it loads perfectly, but when I click on one of my subscription channels...and then back to the YouTube 'Home' page...the page will, forever and always, stay blank...other than a list on the left side of the screen with my subscription list. I can never get the home page to load again until I close the browser. Clicking on the subscribed YouTube channels will always work, mind you, so it is just the 'Home' page that never works. Trying to click on the 'YouTubeCA' in the top left, that usually brings me to the home page,...that hyperlink never works now either...but it used to before you released Firefox 57. The site works in Chrome and the 'Edge' garbage from Microsoft. I would prefer to keep using Firefox as it is the recommended browser of my online gaming site for compatibility reasons with that sites programming. Can you fix this?

Here is what I had to do to fix the issue. I will keep it short and simple, without the story.

I followed your steps and they didn't work.

I had to restore my computer to factory settings.

Some reason the image wouldn't load while I was creating the question but here it is.

uninstall Firefox. Then Delete the Mozilla Firefox Folders in C:\Program Files and C:\Program Files(x86) Then restart system. Then run Windows Disk Cleanup. (Note: This should be Pinned and run Weekly, If never done below expect 10's of gig's) Then run it again and click the button that says Cleanup System Files. Note: your Firefox Profile is saved. But you should make a back up before you do : https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/back-and-restore-information-firefox-profiles

https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/export-firefox-bookmarks-to-backup-or-transfer

Reinstall with Current Release Firefox 57.0.2 with a Full Version Installer https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/

This should fix some issues. If still have a few try creating a New Profile and testing : https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profile-manager-create-and-remove-firefox-profiles

There is a error in the Video Card Drivers, no idea what. ATI Radeon 3000 Graphics driverDate: 1-13-2015 Maybe something newer to be found, or not. But should do a reinstall. And store driver away as it will be the last. https://support.amd.com/en-us/download

Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.

So...the solution to fix one issue...with one website...is to delete everything concerning your browser program and reinstalling it? In other words...the 'update' that was sent out to people was broken in the first place because it creates a problem that shouldn't happen. Good to know.

Seems like a very convoluted process to say the least...but, sure, lets try it.

If you think there is an error with the video card driver...you should have seen it after the driver was updated from ATI...the new driver crapped out my computer settings and I could not get them back. I had to call Microsoft to help fix the issue because I thought it was an issue after an automatic update on their software that happened that same day. So, if I did that...I would be worse off than I am now.

Well not talking about the Video Card this time but yes would have as a lot of problems are fixed with Driver updates do to corruption or too old. So expect to be asked and do not need a story about it. Volunteer Support tries to help. If not willing to take the help them it is up to you.

As for the uninstall and re-install it does work again if there is corruption. Has nothing to do with Firefox but off files. Also how many years of updates. Is nothing wrong with doing this at all. Also it will let us know that the issue could be in your Profile.

Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.
