Trying to login after uninstall and install FF but forgot PW when I try to reset it says unknown acct after it says you have an acct???
11-20-17 a new version of FFox appeared didn't work no pages were loading email not working etc. Uninstalled it then downloaded it again-then had to login to access my account. Put in my email of petrevan@sbcglobal.net says "you already have an account" put in pw to sync your history and bookmarks. I forgot pw tried to reset pw but then says "unknown acct". When I filled out your contact form I first used petrevan@sbcglobal.net an alert says "someone already has that account" THAT'S ME! How do I get out of this galaxy and come back to earth? I don't want to create a new account b/c I want my history/bookmarks back. PLEASE HELP!

In the event that the passwords information is lost, you should record all information in a separate text file somewhere else on your hard drive, or written down. You can easily copy and paste if you need to do so. If you are concerned about someone else looking at that file, you can compress it using a password.
