Firefox can not play any media on macOS

Device : iMac 27" 2017 with macOS 10.13

Firefox Version : ESR 52.4.0 64-bit


Step :

1. Remove Firefox and delete any folders and files about Firefox and reinstall it.

2. Open Firefox and restart into safe mode and refresh Firefox.

3. Open Firefox and play any video or audio from web ( like http://*.*.*/*.mp3 ) and it played usually.

4. Exit Firefox ( close fully ) and open it, play any video or audio from web, it would be blank, and report 304 status on "Cmd+Opt+Q" tool.

5. Open any youtube video to watch, it said an error occurred and all tab would be reload.

6. Open any pages that using html5 player to play video and it said "Video format or MIME type is not supported."

7. I want to do step 2 again to fix this problem, but when I reopen Firefox again, all problems still exist.


I am not getting similar problem on Google Chrome, everything is okay on Google Chrome.
